Metalwork Conservation, Restoration, Replication & New-Build
Our principled approach aims to save original fabric, use authentic materials and apply traditional craft techniques. We also provide new bespoke installations for listed and contemporary buildings, churches, conservation areas and public spaces.
Our consultancy service offers condition assessments and budget pricing for grant applications. We also arrange stonework and other trades for those who want a complete service. Our customers include local authorities, public bodies, heritage trusts, architects, main contractors and private clients. We operate throughout the UK depending on the size and nature of projects.
Rose door knobs and escutcheons manufactured in cast brass to replace missing items at Liverpool’s GdI listed Town Hall.
We removed, repaired and reinstalled cast iron railings to the entrance steps of this GdII listed building. Missing parts were replicated. Substantial new steel railings to the site perimeter were also included.
These bronze doors into the basement of GdI listed St. George’s Hall look relatively insignificant in scale with the building, but they are nearly twelve feet high.
