Replication, New Build
Design and production of a number of cast bronze grilles of different sizes.
Manufacture and installation of bespoke floor ventilation grilles and first-fix frames.
Old steel repairs to the monument’s iron door had become seriously corroded. Previous unsympathetic repairs to the cast iron grilles had also caused problems.
Cast iron floor grilles were made to match existing ones in a historic property. Nominally 1,000 × 750mm, special sizes and curved lengths were manufactured to suit the application.
Restoration, New Build
GdII* listed Nether Alderley Mill is a charming 15th-century National Trust property. A major refurbishment included supply of made-to-measure machinery guards.
