In Hartlepool there are two larger than life bronze statues and both were in desperate need of some tender loving care.
Restoration of three sets of gates.
To manufacture and install two new cast iron diamond pattern iron windows each with an opening light to replicate the remaining originals and to restore the wrought iron balustrades.
We refinished the large cast brass fountain and it’s sculptures that stands as the centre piece of the £75m redevelopment of Barton Square, Trafford Centre, Eccles.
We carried out a full restoration of the Grade 2* listed 2-storey cast iron veranda, which is believed to be attributed to the Coalbrookdale Works, c.1815.
The Parish Clerk for Tattenhall Parish Council contacted us with an historic problem with their bronze war memorial; The initials honouring one of the soldiers had been incorrectly set out. ‘JENKINS.T.J.’ needed to be changed to ‘JENKINS.R.T.’
We were asked to retrieve a number of the original cast iron balusters from store in a private house in Eccles. We then designed, manufactured and installed a recreation of the original balcony balustrade with handrail.
