High specification conversion of a GdII listed commercial building to student accommodation in Liverpool city centre. This included the restoration of original cast iron railings across ground floor window openings and the cleaning, repair and reglazing of pavement lights.

All glass was removed from the pavement lights to enable repairs to the frames which were cleaned and painted in-situ.

We repaired original fabric with replica cast iron parts which we also manufactured.
