Private House, Eccles - Balcony Balustrade

We recovered all of the surviving original cast iron balusters from the site and carefully measured and detailed a pattern (mould) drawing. Our foundry then cast the missing replica iron balusters.

The baluster castings were fine fettled, drilled, tapped and screwed together into a new balustrade matching handrail and curved to suit the surveyed balcony upstand.

The new balcony balustrade was installed by our own experienced installation team.

The original balcony balustrade had fallen into disrepair and been removed.
